Golden Dragon Takes The Crown! Golden Travel And Higer Rank Second And Third! Ankai Claims Year-on-Year Victory! February Bus Export Sales Rankings Revealed

    According to the latest data from China Bus Statistics Network, the total export volume of Chinese buses (above 3.5 meters) in February reached 4,072 units, marking a year-on-year increase of 9.99% but a month-on-month decline of 14.02%. For the first two months of 2025, total exports amounted to 8,808 units, up 22.27% year-on-year.  

    Against the backdrop of a high export base in the same period of 2024, turbulent international situations, and the impact of the Spring Festival holiday, achieving significant positive growth in bus exports at the start of 2025 is commendable. This performance has bolstered confidence in the industry’s sustainable development.

**February Highlights: "Three Dragons" Lead, Ankai Dominates Year-on-Year, Higer Tops Month-on-Month**

    Specifically, in February, **Xiamen Golden Dragon** surged to first place with monthly export sales of 736 units, a year-on-year increase of 6.98%, a month-on-month jump of 35.79%, and a market share of 18.07%. Its market share rose nearly 7 percentage points compared to January.  

  **Golden Travel Bus** secured second place with 701 units exported, a remarkable year-on-year growth of 66.90% and a market share of 17.22%, closely trailing the leader.  

  **Suzhou Golden Dragon (Higer Bus)** emerged as the "dark horse," leaping from tenth place in January to third in February. It achieved export sales of 616 units, soaring 151.43% year-on-year and 229.41% month-on-month, capturing a 15.13% market share—a 12-percentage-point increase from January.  

    Among the top 10 exporters in February, six companies saw year-on-year growth. **Ankai Bus** recorded the highest year-on-year surge at 198.81%, joining Higer Bus (151.43%) as the two companies with triple-digit growth.  

    Only three companies—Higer Bus, Xiamen Golden Dragon, and BYD—achieved month-on-month growth, largely due to seasonal factors from the Spring Festival holiday. Higer Bus led with a staggering 229.41% month-on-month increase. These three also achieved both year-on-year and month-on-month growth.

**January-February Summary: Golden Travel Reigns, Golden Dragon and Zhongtong Follow, Ankai Shines**  

    For the first two months of 2025, **Golden Travel Bus** maintained its lead with total exports of 2,074 units, a meteoric year-on-year rise of 235.06%, and a market share of 23.55%, showcasing stable and robust performance.  

  **Xiamen Golden Dragon** climbed to second place with 1,278 units exported, up 41.84% year-on-year and holding a 14.51% market share.  

  **Zhongtong Bus** ranked third with 968 units exported and a 10.99% market share.  

    Among the top 10 exporters in January-February, six companies achieved year-on-year growth. Golden Travel Bus led with a 235.06% surge, followed by Ankai Bus (135.39%), both doubling their performance.  

    China’s bus exports continued their upward trajectory in early 2025, demonstrating resilience amid a saturated domestic market.
