New Energy Trucks Booming in April 2024

In April 2024, the domestic new energy heavy truck market sold a total of 4590 units , continued to grow, with an increase of 102%, which is the 15th consecutive month of growth in the new energy heavy truck market.From a numerical point of view, although the year-on-year growth rate of 102% in the new energy heavy truck market in April this year narrowed compared with March (+181%), it still maintained double growth (the year-on-year growth rate of the new energy heavy truck market in January, March and April this year exceeded 100).The 4,590 units sold in April was the fifth highest monthly sales of new energy heavy trucks ever (after December 2023, December 2022, March 2024 and November 2023, as shown below).
